- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts when you bundle our services. DJ, Emcee, Photo Booth, Lighting, Audio/Video and Event Planning can be combined and decrease your budget when you select various services. We offer payment plans that can work with almost any budget and a reservation fee of 10% is required at time of signing your agreement.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We understand that the planning process can stressful so we made the process easy to work within your schedule. Consultations, contract signings, payments, planning can be done in person or electronically, email, text, Starbucks or your place of business we make it easy. Timelines, music selection, scripts, lighting, sound and package selections can be addressed to your busy schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our training is industry specific, we attend various trade seminars, conventions and college courses to stay ahead of the trend and competition on a yearly basis. Our DJ's, Emcee's and sound engineers have had radio and concert experience working with the best cutting edge technology. No choking here, our pro's can perform for large audiences of intimate gatherings.
