Anthony responded within a few minutes of posting the requested job. He was available to come that evening. He ordered parts based on the symptoms I gave him but upon inspection of my washing machine he determined the problem was much worse and more costly. I decided to research prices for a new washing machine. He agreed to return and put the service charge toward repair if I decided to move forward with the repair.

Anthony was prompt to response to the posting. He was able to diagnose the problem after speaking to me and came up with the solution. On request he quoted the cost of repairs on the phone. Work was completed efficiently the next day. I would definitely hire Anthony again to fix my appliances again.

LG washer giving water intake error. Anthony troubleshooter but it was a several phase process which didn’t bode too well with me but Anthony kept his commitments and visited my house on three different occasions to get the job done plus he replaced the moisture sensor and deep cleaned the dryer. Most of my experiences with appliance repair guys is they want to do the least possible and get outta there once the initial fees are paid but Anthony kept at it until it was completed and for that I’ll be calling him whenever the next appliance breaks down.

long drawn out repair process at absolutely no fault of anthony, but due to the new factory parts that were defective and time down waiting for replacement deliveries made it longer than it should have been. he was diligent, respectful and persevered to complete the repair. washing machine works perfectly and will not hesitate to use or refer him in the future if needed

Our pricing is under industry standard because we understand what it is to build relationships and keep our machines up and running.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
our process is very simple we offer a call out fee of $75 this covers our travel diagnostics and quotes . If our quotes meets your ideal criteria we waive the fee and charge a flat rate labor of $150 with the additional cost of parts
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started this business after working for sears for two years , I was not very fond of how they operated their business so i separated and started my own
