Hi! My name is Lisa and I am a wedding coordinator and non-denominational minister and that services the greater Sacramento and Bay Area regions. I am honored to be on the TheKnot's 2022 and 2023 Best of Weddings List in the Sacramento area! As a wedding coordinator/planner, I offer day-of coordinating to help take the stress off of the couple so they can relax and enjoy their day. My team and I make sure that everything is handled so hour day goes smoothly! As an officiant, I marry couples from all backgrounds, faiths, sexual orientations, and beliefs. You can have no mention of religion or as much mention of religion as you desire. I personalize my ceremonies to the couple’s standards. No two custom ceremonies are ever the same! I also offer vow writing assistance and attend rehearsals. I have 5-star reviews here on Thumbtack, as well as The Knot and WeddingWire. I offer discounts for military, first responders and K-12 teachers. I do not perform ceremonies in jails or prisons.

If you don’t have a day of coordinator yet for your wedding, hire Lisa. Working with Lisa feels like you’re working with a friend you’ve had for years. She was extremely gracious, flexible, and helpful throughout my wedding planning process. Right before my bridal party and I were going to do our entrances at my reception, one of my bridesmaids was upset she was the only one who didn’t have a pair of sunglasses on. Lisa immediately took the sunglasses off of her head and gave them to my bridesmaid. Just one example of what she’s willing to do to make your event go smoothly! Thank you Lisa for all of your help!!

Lisa is incredible!! I just got married this weekend and she did such an amazing job making sure my wedding went off without a hitch. She was incredible at managing my timeline, coordinating with vendors and coaching all of our wedding party about details we didn’t even know to think about. My day was entirely stress free thanks to Lisa. As soon as she arrived she took care of everything and I was able to focus on enjoying my day. She was incredibly sweet, supportive, and sensitive with me, and was also able to effectively take charge and manage big groups of people. Any issues that came up she calmly took care of on her own and I didn’t have to deal with any problems. She also went above and beyond during my planning process to support and guide me with planning details and questions. She is also an amazing communicator and highly reliable. Everyone at my wedding who interacted with her raved about how amazing and fun and kind and helpful she was. Even several of my guests noticed and told me how great she is!! You end up spending a good amount of time with your coordinator during your wedding day and Lisa was such a joy to be around, she was so fun and kind and upbeat and easy to talk to. My wedding literally would not have been the same without her. I am SO glad I hired her, I cannot recommend her enough!!!
