The State of California does not require licensing for home inspectors or air quality and mold testing (we wish they did). One way to insure you get a proper inspection/test is through certification by an accredited agency. We are certified by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) and American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). We also utilize the newest and best possible technology during our inspections such as moisture detection meters, thermal imaging and infrared pictures and video.
We will deliver an electronic PDF version of the report with pictures and descriptions of the completed inspection. A link to an online version of the report is included. The pictures in the report have the key areas highlighted and clearly noted.
You will find that the report, however, will just be a reminder of the inspection because we will go through the findings with you right after the actual inspection so you can ask any questions or see things for yourself. We don't rush anything, we want you to be comfortable with our analysis.
Home buying is a stressful experience for many. We help make the experience less stressful by being thorough and caring, sensitive to the needs of the you, the buyer. Sean personally specializes in technical framing and structural issues. He educates the clients using common terminology, not technical jargon.
Watching potential owners walk out after we conclude the inspection, calm and confident they know what they are buying, is a key reason we are in business. We love what we do!
