What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Initial Consultation fee for Home $75 for Commercial $150 I use a different pricing methods based on the job which we cover in the consultation. A combination of pricing methods may be used based on the size of the job and what the job entails, also covered in the job proposal after we meet for the consultation.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for working with new customers generally involves several key steps: 1. Initial consultation 2. Site Assessment 3. Design Proposal 4. Contract Agreement 5.Concept Development 6. Final Design Presentation 7. Implementation 8. Installation 9. Final walk through and adjustments 10. Follow-Up Each Project may very based on the specific needs of the client and scope of work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training and knowledge is compiled over years in the field and recently spent the last two years working with a home renovation firm before branching out on my own.
