We are very happy with our experience with NWI and highly recommend Vijay and Michelle for anyone looking for projects for their home or small business. We were remodeling our home and initially hired Vijay at NWI for speaker and ethernet wiring throughout the house. When I met Vijay at the house I was impressed with his advice and knowledge about how to plan out our setup. We ended up expanding our engagements to include also installing a home security system and installing monitors and wiring at my wife’s dental practice as well. I also spoke to 2 other pros I found on Thumbtack but very quickly decided I wanted to move forward with NWI. Other pros wanted to charge just to give me an estimate and were not as pragmatic as Vijay. Michelle at NWI sent an invoice electronically which was easy to pay online, and we were able to pay some up front and some upon completion, which helped me manage cash flow. She was friendly and communicative about logistics, eg scheduling working days around shipment deliveries. We needed to buy some equipment for both the house and dental office projects, and Vijay gave helpful advice and was able to find great pricing on the equipment we wanted, which made it easier to buy through NWI instead of deal hunting on Amazon and at Best Buy. I’ve always felt some pros are just out for your money but with NWI I felt like they were good people charging fair prices and were interested in getting the job done correctly, not just getting in and getting out as fast as possible. NWI will be my first call for similar projects in the future.

I had in ceiling speakers installed in my living room, which ended up being a more complicated job due to the wood bean positioning. Vijay was an absolute perfectionist. He communicated the issue and involved me on new position ideas. He approached the job as if it were his own home. I trusted Vijay’s judgment and handled my project with precession and care! Definitely will hire them back for further projects!
