- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have premium pricing because of my experience and my expertise on creating food. I always make sure to add a little extra food like dessert or extra portions so you can enjoy more than once.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a culinary arts degree from AI art institute in costa mesa. For training I have interned for Gordon Ramsey for 6 months and have worked with multiple celebrities.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been in love with cooking even since I was 5. My earliest memories were cooking with my grandmother and always helping her everyday. I got a degree in Fashion and textile at FIDM to please my parents but after a couple years I decided to pursue my passion in cooking and the leap of faith was the best thing I have ever done.
