After booking computer consultations/repairs with four other techs prior to contacting Nick with NLH Computer Solutions, I was feeling frustrated and financially challenged by what I had hoped was a very simple project. Once through the door and after little time, Nick took over the project and I couldn’t be happier. He’s soft spoken and precise; he doesn’t talk at you, doesn’t confuse the client with “computerezee”. I am sadly (when it comes to computers) woefully illiterate. Nick outlined what was needed to be done in a 11 item text. Clearly presented; easily understood with anticipated completion time/date. And he delivered as promised. Estimate of cost was more than acceptable. Nick explained the justifications for the 11 items. There were no “grey areas”, no surprises. There was no stress. Now I have a computer artisan! Someone I will not hesitate to contact in the future! Thanks, Nick!

I would recommend that you stop looking for anyone else to fix your computer !! Contact Nick from NCL!!! I saw all the positive referrals on the Nextdoor app. I sent a request to Nick and he answered within the hour, picked up my computer the next day to service it, texted me with updates, quotes, and informed me of all that he was doing with my computer. Once I approved, he got to work and I had my computer back in three days. Nick is professional, honest, has integrity for his work, communicates extremely well, and is kind and thoughtful as he explains the work that’s needed. Don’t bother calling anyone else! Nick is a gem.
