I had taken my laptop to another computer repair person and after over 1 week, nothing was accomplished. I picked it up and contacted NLH. Ended up purchasing a new laptop which Nick picked up and had it all set up and returned to us after just a couple of days. I highly recommend NHL.

What did I like? Everything! Nick was punctual, communicative, knowledgeable, sensitive to my urgency, and reasonably priced. My husband has health issues and this is the primary way I keep in touch with his daughters to keep them updated on his condition. Nick made a Herculean effort to get the repair done expeditiously. My laptop is working great now. I highly recommend Nick for all of your computer issues.

After booking computer consultations/repairs with four other techs prior to contacting Nick with NLH Computer Solutions, I was feeling frustrated and financially challenged by what I had hoped was a very simple project. Once through the door and after little time, Nick took over the project and I couldn’t be happier. He’s soft spoken and precise; he doesn’t talk at you, doesn’t confuse the client with “computerezee”. I am sadly (when it comes to computers) woefully illiterate. Nick outlined what was needed to be done in a 11 item text. Clearly presented; easily understood with anticipated completion time/date. And he delivered as promised. Estimate of cost was more than acceptable. Nick explained the justifications for the 11 items. There were no “grey areas”, no surprises. There was no stress. Now I have a computer artisan! Someone I will not hesitate to contact in the future! Thanks, Nick!
