Nick was amazing! He initiated communication for my request quickly, came to pickup my laptop for repair... was awesome about letting me know what was going on throughout, then in a mere 6 days, I had my computer back. Delivered on time & again, best communication ever! Recommend 100%!!

I would recommend that you stop looking for anyone else to fix your computer !! Contact Nick from NCL!!! I saw all the positive referrals on the Nextdoor app. I sent a request to Nick and he answered within the hour, picked up my computer the next day to service it, texted me with updates, quotes, and informed me of all that he was doing with my computer. Once I approved, he got to work and I had my computer back in three days. Nick is professional, honest, has integrity for his work, communicates extremely well, and is kind and thoughtful as he explains the work that’s needed. Don’t bother calling anyone else! Nick is a gem.

Nick was truly exceptional. Firstly, he offers home visits. He provided his pricing upfront without any ambiguity. He took the time to patiently explain the issues with my computer. He reiterated the steps, the concerns, and the recommendations, allowing me to take notes. He clarified what he was doing and the reasons behind it. As someone who isn't particularly tech-savvy, he used simple language to ensure I understood the next steps. Indeed, he is now my go-to person for all computer-related matters.
