- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hotel bookings are generally complimentary! A $100 good faith guarantee is taken to find you the perfect match. It will only be charged if you decide not to book through us. We do not book economy airfare only but will be happy to book airfare as part of a package (with hotel, cruise, villa bookings, etc.). DIY trip planning can be stressful and time-consuming! Order now to save 5-20+ hours in planning time. Simply put, we will arrange a cooler and more organized trip that will wow you in every way and surpass anything you could achieve on your own. No research or booking on your end required. There is a non-refundable upfront fee for time spent researching and arranging your trip, which is usually $25 for each trip day. Booking & Payment: Once approved, we book flights, hotels, and activities. Payment is collected, and we confirm all reservations. 5. Final Preparations: We provide all travel documents, along with a beautiful day-by-day itinerary with helpful tips and reminders for the trip. 6. Support During the Trip: We remain available throughout the trip to assist with any issues, ensuring a smooth experience. 7.
