- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer our services starting at $175 per house management fee. $950 to $1500 for tenant acquisition, marketing & screening tenants. I manage numerous multi-family unit buildings and offer flexibility in pricing averaging $100 per door. In hiring me, consider my experience and knowledge when comparing to other managers: 34 years experience in real estate/property management industry, BA in Management from St. Mary's College, network of contacts, and a licensed California Real Estate Broker (#00884446). I offer early cancellation if you aren't satisfied with my service; therefore, you're not bound to a long-term commitment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Best to meet at location/site to discuss the management concerns of the customer. I identify the potential problems and discuss strategy implementation. I identify what's most important to the customer and how I can make Property Management simpler.
