- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer our services starting at $200 per house for monthly management fee. $2500 for tenant acquisition, lease prep, showing the property, marketing & screening tenants. We manage numerous multi-family unit buildings and offer flexibility in pricing averaging $125 per door. In hiring me, consider my experience and knowledge when comparing to other managers: 34 years experience in real estate/property management industry, BA in Management from St. Mary's College, network of contacts, and a licensed California Real Estate Broker (#00884446). I offer early cancellation if you aren't satisfied with my service; therefore, you're not bound to a long-term commitment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Best to meet at location/site to discuss the management concerns of the customer. We identify the potential problems and discuss strategy implementation. We identify what's most important to the customer and how we can make Property Management simpler.
