Assessment: Evaluate current fitness through measurements, strength, flexibility, and endurance tests. Personalized Plan: Create a tailored training and nutrition program based on the client’s specific needs. Training Sessions: Guide through workouts, focusing on proper form, progression, and consistency. Ongoing Support: Regular check-ins to track progress, make adjustments, and provide motivation and accountability.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a former Olympic athlete with years of experience in high-performance training and competition. In addition to my athletic background, I hold a NASA certification, which has provided me with advanced knowledge in exercise science, nutrition, and fitness programming. This combination of real-world experience and formal education allows me to offer a well-rounded approach to training, focusing on optimal performance, injury prevention, and achieving sustainable results for my clients
