Try showing up at the time agreed upon. When people are waiting outside for him and he doesn’t answer his phone or called to say he’s going to be late. When he finally answered he says, huh? I didn’t say I was coming. And I am looking at the text thread which he agreed to be here at 245pm. So unprofessional!

Hello Adressing this issue i was texting with different possible clients all Of them requesting services for possible maintenance as i write on my entry text message please send pictures or i can stop since this is a apartment complex my initial tough was that noone was goimg yo be waiting for me since i often do walkthrough on my own on these type of properties… i dont have your number saved its sunday and we all have family duties that dont alow us to be on the phone all day… you answered aggressively witch cought me off gaurd us as service providers deserve some respect and be talked to with respect as i mentioned before i asked you to send pictures i did tell you i was going yo stop by Another client sent me pictures witch i got mixed up with our intention was not to waste anybody’s time we do appreciate your feedback
