Elmer and his team went above and beyond. They were prompt to answer my inquiry and estimate. Because we were dealing with broken window glass, Elmer was concerned about the safety of the residents living in the home and temporarily placed plywood until the window was replaced. He was very upfront about costs and how long it would take to finish the job.
