Had a very good experience with Mendez Personal Roofing. Caroline and Christian were great to work with for my roof vent caps that blew off and were damaged in the recent wind and rain storms. They were responsive and trustworthy and did great work for a fair price. They also went above and beyond by doing some extra repair work on my gutters for no extra charge! Timely communication and easy to work with. We had some broken roof tiles and a gutter leak that we wanted to address before the next storm rolls in. Mendez Personal Roofing was called out to install a Dryer Jack low profile vent. From the photos Christian took of the vent on roof after install it looked ok but I wanted to make sure he did a good job so I asked the Dryer Vent Wizard technician who was to complete the install to check his work. The Dryer Vent Wizard said Christian installed the vent hole in perfect placement for him to run metal piping down the wall. I asked the tech to check the vent on roof and he said Christian did a perfect job especially the placement of the shingles to cover the vent. Christian also had checked for me a problem I was having with a separate roof issue with no extra charge. He could have charged me but he didn’t and I am thankful for his help. All in all I am very satisfied knowing Christian did a good job and I would hire him again.

Did terrific work on our roof, fixing a leaking skylight that is very old. He was very knowledgeable and open to communicating with us about our options. He helped us understand the best option and then executed the work with craft. Also very reliable and on time. Easy to work with.
