I got a quote, which I accepted, and completed a full back deck replacement with MS Construction. Mikhail was polite, knowledgeable, and responsive. He showed up at the scheduled times for the walkthroughs. He communicated frequently with arrangements, and was always accommodating. Mikhail offered options, and I chose composite for longevity and ease of maintenance. The workmen who came and built the deck were polite and very skilled. They sought my input throughout the project, kept the worksite clean, and took care with my property. The final installation is gorgeous and really well made, with precise measurements and placement. Overall my experience with MS Construction was excellent, and I highly recommend their service.

MS construction and services were very responsive to the work request posted! Mikhail was very thorough in preparing the SOW and promptly sent the invoice for approval! As agreed upon his team reached as promised, discussed all requirements and then installed gazebo! The work was very satisfactory and made sure everything as per the request! Ramil who works for MS Construction & Services is a true pro in the business; first day, he demolished old fence including all rotten posts and installed 6 new posts with concrete; second day, he built new fence that looks very good; see some pictures of my old and the new fence. I'll definitely recommend the service for fence projects.

    First I try to understand what the customer wants. After that, I propose the optimal solution and technology and say the cost and terms of work. If the customer is satisfied with this, we put the work in the work schedule.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have an engineering degree with honors. I even studied in graduate school, but instead of defending my PhD thesis, I went into business.
