- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is not complicated at all. I charge to cover my costs since this is a Labor of Love.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first do a confirmation of event requirements and your imagination via e-mail. Once we have a certain level of alignment, we meet in person to discuss in detail about all aspects of the event where we need to help and connect with. This ensures we can meet your expectations while staying within budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Depending on my time and availability, I attend work-shops to further my knowledge.
