Hello Darling, I’m happy to connect on this platform! Since you got to Thumbtack and made that first step, you’re already on the way to wholeness. I founded Chill Bill Wellness to help people dedicated to enhancing their lives with yoga, meditation, and breathwork, improving their mental health, and living life to the fullest. My name is Natalia. I am certified through YogaWorks, Wanderlust, and The Embody Lab as a yoga, meditation, and breathwork instructor, as well as a somatic therapist. I created my own method called Elemental Flow, where you go through several stages of movement to release stress, get the deepest stretch, and enhance your workout plan, all while having fun. I believe there is no routine that fits everyone, which is why one-on-ones are my favorite. But I also work as a wellness ambassador for several hotels and guide retreats and events.
