Throughout our years of working at fine dining and Michelin starred restaurants in the San Francisco Bay Area, New York, and Paris, combined with our natural foods training and experience as caterers and personal chefs, we have gained the skills to cook unforgettably flavorful and beautiful plant based dishes, and the knowledge to cater to a number of dietary restrictions without compromising taste and texture.
Our inspiration comes from vibrant, local and seasonal produce, as well as our combined Italian, French and Southeast Asian roots.
