We are committed to working closely with our customers to ensure our pricing remains competitive. We believe that price should never be the reason we lose a job. Our top priority is always making sure our customers are satisfied.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Transparency is at the heart of everything we do. We offer complimentary visual inspections for our customers, and within 1-2 days, we provide a comprehensive scope of the necessary repairs. We follow up with a call to ensure complete understanding of the breakdown and to discuss any adjustments or modifications. Our goal is to work closely with our customers to ensure they are fully satisfied with both the repair plan and our pricing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are fully licensed and certified to handle all aspects of fire and water restoration, including certifications from the IICRC in Water Damage Restoration and Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration. Our team is trained in the latest safety protocols, including OSHA guidelines, and holds required certifications for mold remediation and lead-safe practices. You can trust that we meet all local, state, and federal regulations to ensure a safe, effective restoration process.
