- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process with a new customer normally encompasses a weigh-in, where we take bodypart measurements, bodyfat measurements and track their weight. Additionally, we sit down and discuss their nutritional intake and how it can be modified to suit their goals. If necessary, we give nutritional plans as well. Lastly, our workouts start with a slow buildup. We push our clients, but only to the degree that they are capable of being pushed. Normally the acclimatization period lasts a few weeks and our clients are up to speed and can do more challenging workouts.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are nationally certified and are also certified in CPR.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After witnessing loved ones suffer from Diabetes and Heart Disease, I realized my desire to help others achieve healthier lifestyles and in turn, prevent illness and disease.
