After multiple attempts to determine if the guy was going to come to the scheduled appointment, he changes the time. If it wasn’t for me reaching out I would have never know when he was going to come. Once he responded he changed the arrival time multiple times. Essentially was 4 hours late. Was not apologetic when he did arrive. Didn’t remove the existing weed fabric as requested and used my materials. Didnt listen when I said to plant certain succulents in the yard and planted what he wanted. By the time I viewed what was done they more expensive plants were already planted instead of the more abundant cheaper plants as instructed. He finished well into the night. Tried to charge almost $600 for planting 1 gallon succulents. It wasn’t until daylight this morning where I was able to see multiple areas missing mulch. He charge $150 for 2 yards of mulch yet my tiny curbside yard has “bald spots” missing a thin layer of mulch! RIP OFF AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I do not recommend this company.

Sorry Ms but i did text you saying “I’ll be there at 3pm sorry about the delay” You were happy until I gave you the invoice I charged you 400$ for labor & 150$ for two yards of mulch. You knew about the 150$ since I gave you several estimates. Any landscape company would charge you 120-180$ per yard & I charged you 150$ for two scoops because you didn’t want to spend money. You didn’t even want me to buy 2 bags of soil which was 22$ for both & you never said anything about removing the weed fabric.
Original price was 1200$

Mulch 150$
Labor 400$.
The small front yard you said isn’t even small it’s 9 by 18 ft wide
Then you said it was too much and you bought the plants yourself. From 5gallon plant to 1gallon plants and 4 flats of blue fingers. When I was moving the plants around I mentioned to you that we might have some left over flats. You said to use them all and if there was no more space then to save you the small 3$ succulents. I gave you the invoice and you said u thought it was 22$ for the soil and I said I didn’t bring soil I brought the mulch you wanted. You said the job wasn’t worth it and that you would only pay me 475$ out of the 550$ I charged you because I was late and I did not apologize, but I did. I had already messaged you why I would be there at 12-1pm. The job we did previously to your was to remove a large tree that fell down. It took more time than we wanted and I got to your house at 3:05pm.
