- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fee is fixed based on estimated time to clean. If your project requires more time, you will be notified in advance. Weekly cleanings are discounted.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We request an in-person or remote visit to find out where more attention is needed, areas that will require more effort and which materials to use in that project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained to meet the customer's needs, we are monitoring the market to find out what can be added as a differentiator.
