- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always aim to keep my pricing fair and transparent. Every job is a little different depending on the size and complexity, so I usually offer free on-site estimates to give you an accurate quote. No hidden fees, and I’ll walk you through everything before we begin. I also offer discounts for seniors and repeat customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When someone reaches out, I usually start with a phone call or message to understand what they need. From there, I schedule a time to come take a look at the tree or area in question. Once I see it in person, I can provide a proper estimate and explain the best course of action. If the customer’s ready, we schedule the work and get it done safely and efficiently.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everything I’ve learned has come from hands-on experience and working alongside seasoned professionals in this field. Over the years, I’ve trained in proper cutting techniques, safety protocols, and how to handle different types of trees and equipment. I stay up to date with safety standards and make sure my crew is trained as well.
