- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing may vary depending on the current situation of the property. Discounts may be applied, however, cannot be combined and may have some exclusions. Super Plus Cleaning, fortunately, does not have any hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon booking a service date and time with us, we do ask for all payments to be paid in full before the service date. For your protection and that the company, we will provide you with our cancelation policy and/or a reoccurring contract stating the agreed-upon prices and how frequent you would like our services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At Super Plus Cleaning, we prioritize the utmost care to ensure that all of our team members meet the requirements of being professional cleaners. Each one of our members has over 3 years of experience in professional cleaning, along with a clean background check and an excellent cleaning portfolio.
