Fred, Anthony and team did an amazing job on the exterior painting of our house. Complete transformation from what it once was and we couldn’t be more happy. The team was spot on with time, and worked tirelessly throughout the three days to paint our house, finishing in just 3 days. The work they did made such an impact, people were stopping to take pictures and paused to look at the house. Work was so well done, neighbors were asking for them to work on their houses! We’ll be using the team again as soon as next week to continue making our vision come true, thank you Fred, Anthony and team for your dedication and professionalism, absolute pleasure to work with!!

WATCH OUT FOR THIS MAN'S SERVICE AND HIS RATING. IT'S A DECEPTIVE. He talked good but did not do what he said he would do. I hired him to remove popcorns, smoothed the surface and painted in 4 of our rooms and also wall painted for 2 vaulted ceiling rooms. I pointed to him the ceiling at my kitchen and told him I wanted the ceilings looked like that. He assured us that the ceilings that he would work on look at least like that or better. It turned out that their workmanship was very poor. For the ceiling, they left lumps at almost entire joints between ceiling and walls and even where there was no joints, and refused to fix it. Attached just some pictures here. They also did not cover the room entry properly so the powder they used to flat the ceilings flew out and covered entire house with white substance, on kitchen, furniture, chimney, art pieces on walls outside of their working area. Since the house was vacant at the time, we did not come everyday to check on their work we did not discover this. When we pointed out, he argued that because the house was not empty so nothing he could do and if we want him to clean it up, we had to move all of our stuffs out and left the house empty. For the wall paint in two vaulted ceiling rooms, they cheated on us by not painting near the ceilings since the new paint and old paint about 80 to 90% matched. They left about one foot from the ceiling without painting. We caught it. He kept arguing that the price they gave us was level 2 and that was all he did for level two work. We told them that we never knew or heard about the levels that he was talking about. We just took his qoute and hoped he would do good job for us. We never bargained about the price and his price was not the cheapest we had.

Thank you Kim, for posting this to my profile. We do appreciate positive and negative feedback. It helps us grow and learn where we can do better. We give our clients always great workmanship and our ratings show it. We do take situations like this very seriously and do look into them to insure it never happens again BUT, I do want to point out a few areas. We spoke about pricing over the phone and you had mentioned our pricing was a bit high and did ask if we could do better. I specifically stated we could not due to not being able to see under popcorn and any unforeseen damage that can be there. To also clarify we patched OVER 6 major patches that we pointed out in the estimate and had mentioned the price may go higher (which it did) due to unforeseen areas that you cannot see unless you remove the popcorn. Yes one of my workers did make the mistake and missed a few areas on the vaulted walls and I came back to fix those myself personally. Just so everyone is clear you asked us to paint ONLY the upper half of the wall and not the full wall in order to cut cost. I hope this message finds anyone well and understands we did try to make you happy and did go back multiple times and we went double over budget but still went the extra mile. With that said I still do believe we are a 5 star company and believe in the reputation that shows proof of that.
