- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price is very dependent in the amount of hours needed and what you would need the dj to bring to the event in regards to equipment and lights.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step includes a meeting to introduce myself to the client and obtain all the detailed information about the event I.E what type of event and music will be needed would you like me to do the ceremony as well as reception. how many quest will be attending and location. i also go over the music and equipment needed for the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
