Am I just confused about what "deep cleaning" consists? Based on the definition I must be. Was charged the $450 for just kitchen and bathroom before leaving the trailer and ladies were gone when we returned 2 hours later. The bathroom was done much better than the kitchen. Kitchen seems to have been only outward surfaces and inside of oven, which was initially very dirty and done nicely. But it just seems like a somewhat incomplete job overall.

Claudia and her team cleaned my house for several months, but it wasn't without constant concerns, passive-aggressive commentary, and ROUGH cleaning practices. The cleaning area of my house is ~1500 sq ft., and there would be sections of the floor missing in mopping, toothpaste in the sinks, shower pulled from the sealant (the house is three years old), broken shelves (you have to pull HARD to remove), and pump dispensers. She tried to tell me my "plastic" floors are hard to clean - they're laminate wood floors, among other things about my home. The feedback in other reviews is correct. The pricing is high in comparison to what they do. She then barters for weeks about pricing. And then, when you do agree, the quality diminishes over time. I was biding my time, thinking I was being picky, but the lack of courtesy in someone else's home was appalling, to be honest. Today was the last straw, and I was disappointed. No one doubts they work hard, but it felt like she was retaliating because she settled on the price.

Scammed. Tried to charge me $650 to clean my grandfather's house, after quoting under $300. This was foe u der 2.5 hours with 2 pple. Claudia tried to convince me that I agreed to the higher price, and that my memory was incorrect. I am 35 years old with ellecnt recall. Then she was trying to.tell me that my grandpa's house was so disgusting that she needed to clean extra. The house is fine, and after inspection, they.did not clean inside or outside the fridge, the oven, and the cabinets are still.dirt. she also threw out some of my grandpa's things, and rearranged his desk without his consent. This was the worst experience I've ever had. I am concerned about her manipulating elderly clients. She tried to.pressue and scam me into paying 3x what other cleaners quoted worhout completing the job. Beware, she's not the trusted.

I am happy to return and do the job again if the clients let me know right away making bad review after a month after the job was done with the intención of damage my reputation makes no sense. we discussed the house situation when you called me and explain how duty your grandpa house was you explain how sticky and disgusting the place was unfortunately having 2 seniors living alone can very hard they really need help getting them a caregiver to help them will be best take care.

Claudia and her team was responsive and showed up on time. After her team left, I was not happy overall with the quality of the work and reached out to her with my concerns. She promptly called me to talk about it and she was very willing to come back and/or do what it took to resolve my concerns. We were able to successfully resolve those concerns. The lesson I learned with Claudia is to be VERY specific about what my expectations are and communicate that. I really appreciated that Claudia was willing to hear my concerns and wanted to make good on the miscommunication.
