work quality-excellent, they knew what they were doing and helped out with insurance issues. Punctuality-They were on time and actually showed up within 20 minutes as promised over the phone. Responsiveness- great, they were available by phone and communicated well. Professionalism-They are all certified techs so that our worries away. Value- I had a big water damage issue and most cost was minimal. They dealt directly with insurance.

I called West coast around 5.30 pm once I got home from work finding my carpeting in the master bedroom saturated from water. They were on the first page of Google under water damage and they arrived quicker than the 45 minutes they promised. The guys protected my floors and dried the carpet. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give free estimates on emergency water damage issues. Equipment prices are standard 39.00 per air mover and 89.00 per dehumidifier. The rate is daily. Demolition and water extraction we have a price sheet and can disclose by phone.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We arrive within 30 to 60 minutes. Do a moisture reading or camera reading in flooded areas. Our experienced technicians will give a new customer several options on how to proceed. We examine the situation and will present the best possible solution for drying and clean up.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our technicians are trained by IICRC who are well respected in the industry. Our owner Sam Bar also hold and contractors state license. All our technicians are well trained and follow proper water damage protocol.
