We're committed to delivering value for your money. Our pricing is based on your budgets and ensures that we satisfy all your expectations. We offer discount to new customers as part of our welcome package. Further, if you choose to upgrade your pool system with 3 or more equipment, we provide a special warranty of 3 years.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process with a new customer begins with an inspection where we evaluate your pool size and the landscaping environment around the pool area. We also assess the equipment to fully understand the service we will be providing. Our customers are always informed with estimates before any repairs are required. This ensures complete transparency and allows us to cater our services to your needs perfectly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a Certified Pool Operator with a decade's worth of experience in the business. I'm also a Service PRO from Jandy and have taken numerous courses from reputed manufacturers such as Hayward and Pentair. This extensive and specialized training allows me to provide an excellence in my work.
