- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new client begins with an initial consultation to discuss their goals, fitness history, and any potential limitations or injuries. From there, I conduct a comprehensive assessment to determine their current fitness level and identify any areas that may need improvement. Based on the assessment, I design a personalized training program that is tailored to the client’s goals, preferences, and abilities. This program typically includes a mix of strength training, cardio, flexibility, and mobility exercises, with a focus on gradual progression to prevent injury and ensure long-term success. Throughout our sessions, I provide ongoing guidance, support, and motivation to help my clients stay on track and achieve their goals. I also regularly reassess their progress to make any necessary adjustments to the program to ensure continued progress. Overall, my goal is to provide my clients with the tools, knowledge, and support they need to make lasting changes to their health and fitness.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have competed in 7 different disciplines over a period of 20 years, during which i worked with various nutritionist, coaches and sport experts. I have attended numerous seminars internationally, as well as wellness retreats and training camps. I chose this field out of passion, and spend most of my time reading as much as i can on it. Im still very active in training, and everything i advise you to do, i have tried and evaluated it myself beforehand
