I found SO much value in my time working with Courtney. When we began working together, I was in a pretty low point in my health. I felt extremely sick and was working with many professionals to get to the bottom of what was going on. However, I didn’t feel like many of my doctors were listening or treating me like a unique person with my own set of specific symptoms and experiences. I put my trust in Courtney, and I am soo glad that I did. Courtney taught me so much about the ingredients in my food, how I can continue to eat foods I enjoy by cooking them with cleaner ingredients, and the interconnectedness of the body and how one thing may impact another. She took a very holistic and client-centered approach, where I wholeheartedly felt as though every piece of advice and information was valuable and geared to me. I have been working with Courtney for about a year now. The experience has been eye opening and helpful. In that time I have noticed so many good changes. I used to get sick multiple times a year, now I don’t. I have gotten leaner and stronger and am better able to support my body with the high intensity sports that I do. I am more aware of my body’s needs. My skin is better and acne is controlled. I was able to come off oral birth control after being on it for 10 years because Courtney was there to help me address the negative side effects of long term contraceptives and heal my gut. I am currently no longer on any medications after working with Courtney. Even menstrual cramps and pain are minimal compared to what they were before. Working with Courtney is worth the time, money, and effort. But honestly, prioritizing health and vitality in this way will save you so much money down the road in prevention of chronic disease and health care utilization. I highly recommend working with Courtney. She knows her stuff, she is constantly learning, extremely professional, and she walks the walk.
