- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
ORANGE COUNTY ONLY!-Yes thank you, once we have set a time and date for the SERVICE CALL, discussed the need and solution, I will arrive at the SERVICE CALL location to meet you, it is then that your time begins and my work begins. We will then walk-thru the home to confirm our plan of action, whereupon I then begin to spread & cover with Drop Cloths the staging area, path of travel and the work area to begin TROUBLESHOOTING and/or any DEMO required to begin installing your already purchased and delivered Parts, Materials and Hardware... or I then go to the nearest Big Box Store and pick-up whatever is needed to complete your SERVICE CALL as quickly, yet expertly as is possible, to complete the job to your satisfaction and to obtain a good positive review in order to impress you and my next potential SERVICE CALL Customer.
