- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Contact: The customer reaches out via phone, email, or website inquiry. We respond promptly to gather initial information such as the type of service needed, customer location, and any specific issues or requests. 2. Scheduling: We schedule a convenient time for the customer for either a service or maintenance visit. For new installations, we arrange a time to conduct a free estimate. 3. Assessment and Estimate: For service and maintenance visits, our technician assesses the issue and informs the customer about the necessary repairs and associated costs. For new installations, we provide a detailed estimate based on the assessment of the site and the customer’s needs. 4. Service Provision: Once the customer approves the estimate or repair plan, our technician performs the necessary services, ensuring quality and efficiency. 5. Follow-Up: After the service, we follow up with the customer to ensure satisfaction and address any further needs. We also provide information on maintenance plans and any preventive measures the customer can take. 6. Invoicing and Feedback: We issue an invoice detailing the services provided and payment received. We encourage feedback to continually improve our service and customer experience.
