Mike was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He was also quick to respond. I wanted an appraisal for tax purposes and he was very thorough and patient in explaining the orocess. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In the appraisal industry we are always required to take continuing education classes. Even more so than doctors and lawyers. Our chief appraiser has obtained the highest level designation in the appraisal industry known as an MAI which stands for a Member of the Appraisal Institute.
