I decided to join and help my mom with her business in 2023, now we are combining all our knowledge and experience to provide the best experience to our clients. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
-check out the house -set up times according with ability -make a clear conversation about any suggestions or request that the new client will has -first time cleaning , takes a bite extra time then regular cleanings (price will be different for been first cleaning) -set up a regular cleaning time and day -set up a regular payment
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked with my mom and she showed me everything that she knew about cleaning services, she has been doing these since 1992. I’m a college of Marin graduated student and will be part time student at San Jose state . Bilingual
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My mom has her own cleaning business for around 30 plus years in Marin , when I moved from my country I helped and started to work with her, it was my first job now doing my own personal business
