We purchased a house with the intent to do a complete exterior remodel. I had priced out all the materials, purchased the doors, windows, lights, etc. JST Builders was the only contractor that I interviewed that had the integrity to sit down and show me where my money was being spent. Every other contractor would hide profit in different clumps of costs and when I would ask them to break it down never gave me a straight answer. Jake and his team did an excellent job. The before and after pictures speak for themselves. Thank you for bringing my dream into reality.

All my pricing is very transparent. You see exactly where my money is made. I never hide my overhead and profit in the scope line items.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to lay out the project with the customer and make sure they are clear with what’s going to happen and that I understand their design intent.
