Derek had trained my girlfriend and I together, I always felt like the workouts were perfect for both of us. With his knowledge and expertise, he crafted a routine that fit both of us, and helped each of us achieve our goals. He really gave us that extra push and the extra confidence we needed to get into the gym ourselves and I’m truly grateful for that.

Derek is such a great trainer! I’ve been training with him for over a year now. I started with no gym experience whatsoever. From the very beginning he made me feel comfortable enough ask questions and made me feel like the gym is for everyone. He helped me set realistic short term and long term goals while setting me up to completely crush them.
