- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fees are based on a flat rate. Most of our fees cover preparing the documents, filing services, and notarization. Fees are flexible and low cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every case is different and is handled on a case by case basis. Typically, there is a contract signed (explaining the services provided and fees), payment is retained, prepare documents, approval from client, and filed with the corresponding entity.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from California State University San Bernardino with a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice, Paralegal Option in 2014. I have worked for the County of Riverside Department of Adult Services and Child Protective Services. In addition, I worked as a community organizer, and continue to be involved in my community empowering, and organizing people.
