Consultation: We believe in understanding our customers' unique needs to provide tailored cleaning solutions. Depending on the scope of the project, we may schedule an in-person or virtual consultation. During the consultation, we will discuss the customer's cleaning requirements in detail, inspect the premises if necessary, and provide a comprehensive overview of our services. Customized Proposal: Based on the information gathered during the consultation, we will prepare a customized proposal that outlines the specific cleaning services we recommend, the frequency of cleaning, and the associated costs. Our proposal will be transparent and detailed, ensuring that the customer has a clear understanding of what to expect. Agreement and Scheduling: If the customer is satisfied with our proposal, we will proceed to finalize the agreement. This typically involves signing a service agreement or contract that outlines the terms and conditions, pricing, and other relevant details. Once the agreement is signed, we will work with the customer to schedule the cleaning services at a time that is convenient for them. Cleaning Service Execution: On the scheduled day(s) of service, our professional cleaning team will arrive at the customer's premises fully equipped and ready to provide exceptional cleaning. They will follow the cleaning checklist discussed during the consultation, ensuring that all the agreed-upon tasks are completed to the highest standards.
