Sam responded quickly and showed up on time. He hung 2 large picture pieces for us. There was a change in price when he arrived after he saw the size of the pictures. I thought I was thorough by sending the photos of the pieces prior to the estimate but he felt one piece was to large to hang by himself once he arrived. We agreed on a new price to complete the work along with the help of a family friend to assist him with the larger piece. All in all he did a solid job and the pictures look great.
