- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing always includes the garuntee of great quality work, with the promise of leaving your space cleaner than when I arrived. I always take the trash away with me (Certain restrictions apply)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to listen to the customer and fully understand what the ask is. I will offer my input only when I feel as if it's most necessary. I don't ever want to my customers what to do, or what they want.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training is solely from 1000's of hours spent on the job site.
