- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on a Time plus Materials format. We feel this is the value for the customer and allows us to work on a tight profit margin. We don't have to artificially inflate pricing for allowing for contingencies on the project. We estimate the time we feel it will take to do your project and you hire us based on that. If the job takes less time, we bill you less. Another benefit of working with Ace is that you pay at the end of the project. No deposits are required unless we have to special order a product.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make it very easy to business with us. If you call us, you will always speak to a live person. We typically have you text us some pictures of the areas you want work in and we'll give you an estimated time and price. We typically can accommodate the work in a few days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a NCIDQ Certified Interior Designer, I've seen just about everything in the residential and commercial market over the years. My certification gives me insight into the projects our client bring to us.
