- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair and competitive. We have a $600 Minimum for Wedding Florals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we receive an inquiry and are available we send a lengthy form that covers all the wedding floral bases. Once received back we produce a formal, itemized estimate within 72 hours. If approved we require a 50% deposit to book the date. Once deposit is received we schedule an in person design meeting where we cover every angle, share photos and inspiration, go over logistics, weather, pricing, flowers, etc. After this meeting sometimes we are able to finalize the styles you want and produce a mock up/sample of the following; Bridal bouquet, options for boutonnieres, and one centerpiece. In this meeting you with approve or make changes. Changes are unlimited until approved. You will know exactly what you are getting long before your wedding day. Balance is due 30 days prior to Event date.
