Unprofessional and unorganized. Led me to believe they were working on my case for two months. When I was presented with a contingency fee agreement, I pointed out two error in the contract and that their fee was 5-10% what was normal for this type of case. They apologized for the errors and asked to discuss and offered another fee. We agreed and waited another week for the contract to reappear. Instead received a childish call that stated they were about to take a very time consuming case and couldn’t work on mine. Then ultimately admitted that cutting me off was about me negotiating the fee ( which was allowable in their contract) and me pointing out statements of errors in the contract that contradicted each other. This is a boilerplate business which uses pieces of contracts from the internet. They literally have contingent clients paying for their expenses! I had to point out that piece was an error and they agreed to correct it. Don’t bother. Go find another attorney who isn’t intimidated by a client’s legal knowledge and doesn’t pawn you off on other attorneys (three in my case) to repeatedly tell your story. This firm obviously can’t handle more than one case at a time!

Unfortunately this review contains defamatory statements against our law office, which are false statements of fact. Marianne's case was being investigated by my office with the assistance of attorneys that work with my office over a couple months. My office did not charge Marianne any consultation fee, nor any attorney fees during this time. My law office drafts its own contracts and documents and does not take contracts from the internet. This statement is false. Also, my office and our attorneys front the costs for our clients' cases, and when a settlement is reached that amount is deducted from the total for having advanced the costs for the client. Additionally, my office does not take on cases if we cannot take on the case due to time constraints and other issues. Marianne requested a drastically reduced retainer agreement, wanted us to work for a very small contingency % compared to industry standards, and she argued with us about how the case should be run and our concerns of lack of evidence.
