- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide services that can be tailored to any client's needs and also offer packages that you can find on my website. No event is too big or too small and I am willing to work with most budgets and clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Willing to work coinciding with client's schedule and availability. Most importantly, I want to make my client feel comfortable by answering any questions and finding solutions to any concerns. I begin by greeting and introducing myself, followed by asking questions and qualifying my client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Arts - Music Industries / Audio Production in the state of California. I previously worked for a Pro Audio company for 11 years. I was trained, certified, and worked in all departments including; Pro Audio, live sound, lighting, DJ, and recording. By doing so, I've gained hands-on experience and obtained the knowledge I need, to execute any gig that is relative to music entertainment.
