I reached out to Mika about two weeks before my wedding, and she was an absolute lifesaver. From the moment we connected, she brought a sense of calm, organization, and expertise that I desperately needed. She met with me right away to talk through my vision, gathered every detail I had, and helped me fill in the things I didn’t even realize I was missing. Leading up to the big day, Mika coordinated calls with my vendors to make sure everything was in order. She even joined calls with my DJ to walk through the timeline, which ended up being incredibly important in keeping everything running smoothly. She offered thoughtful suggestions on decorations, the schedule of events, and worked closely with the venue owner to ensure every detail was covered. She also accompanied me on a last-minute venue walkthrough, something I highly recommend. Mika brought up questions I hadn’t even thought to ask, and her eye for detail truly impressed me. On the day of the wedding, Mika was a complete rockstar. She handled everything behind the scenes so I could enjoy my day without stress, and she kept the timeline flowing as closely as possible. We booked Mika and her team for month-of-coordination for our wedding reception, and it was the best decision we ever made for the event. As a Type A bride with anxiety, I was super relieved to have Mika handle logistics, such as reviewing vendor contracts, putting together a timeline, directing staff and guiding guests. I actually was surprised at how effortlessly her team set up our DIY decor. My in-laws and I were ready to set up centerpieces ourselves, but Mika and her team shooed us off and took care of everything. They made sure we didn't have to lift a finger on the day of. They served my husband and I dinner first, and they even packed all our stuff in our car after the reception was over. I used to work in live events, so I know how challenging it can be to make sure an event runs smoothly and on time. Mika and her team did a beautiful job.

As a “DIY” bride, managing my timeline was key. Planning everything from beginning to end was such a joy to me. I was frugal and fortunately my chapel where I had my ceremony came with a day of coordinator. However, I was very nervous at the thought of not being able to decorate the reception hall or coordinate the reception myself. Thankfully my niece gave me the wonderful idea of hiring a “Day of Coordinator” because I had a lot of things to worry about, but I’m so glad that Mika cleared everything up, and made it a lot easier on me. It was so nice not having to bug family to help because Mika and her team had it handled. Her team even helped me when my bustle broke! She was amazing to me, and all my guests at the wedding. She made sure that my reception ran smoothly, and that it did. Mika was a pleasure to work with, she is professional, easy to talk to, patient, and everything you could ask for from a coordinator. We did not have to worry about a thing on our wedding day, we could focus on us and our guests. Mika and her team was always right there to help and take care of everything, and more than we could have asked her to. I appreciate everything she did!
