FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I always tell my future clients: Ask the Right Questions. This will set expectations with clarity as many misunderstood the vital role of a wedding coordinator. I believe one of my main roles as a coordinator is to educate clients as to what scope of services I provide. Beyond skills and qualifications, it's important to also assess communication & personality of your coordinator. You’ll work closely with this person for months. Choose someone who: listens carefully, responds promptly, makes you feel comfortable and confident. Lastly, I always end our initial phone consultation with "Please review the contract carefully". Make sure the contract clearly outlines: Services included, payment schedule, cancellation policy and back up plans. Overall, trust your instincts. Beyond qualifications and price, choose someone who genuinely understands your vision and makes you feel at ease. A great wedding coordinator doesn’t just organize your event—they protect your peace of mind.
