Mika was our 1-month coordinator and she was the biggest help in coordinating our wedding. From the foresight in how to avoid large issues we didn’t think of, to coordinating all the vendors in our behalf, and comes with a great team to help-day of. Easily the best thing we spent on in order to make the wedding happen.

As a “DIY” bride, managing my timeline was key. Planning everything from beginning to end was such a joy to me. I was frugal and fortunately my chapel where I had my ceremony came with a day of coordinator. However, I was very nervous at the thought of not being able to decorate the reception hall or coordinate the reception myself. Thankfully my niece gave me the wonderful idea of hiring a “Day of Coordinator” because I had a lot of things to worry about, but I’m so glad that Mika cleared everything up, and made it a lot easier on me. It was so nice not having to bug family to help because Mika and her team had it handled. Her team even helped me when my bustle broke! She was amazing to me, and all my guests at the wedding. She made sure that my reception ran smoothly, and that it did. Mika was a pleasure to work with, she is professional, easy to talk to, patient, and everything you could ask for from a coordinator. We did not have to worry about a thing on our wedding day, we could focus on us and our guests. Mika and her team was always right there to help and take care of everything, and more than we could have asked her to. I appreciate everything she did!

Mika and the owl team helped create my dream backyard wedding. Aside from the great food and service that was provided the day of. Mika also helped coordinate the event. I don’t kno what I’d do without them. They made the day stress free and everyone seemed to have enjoyed the event. They even helped clean up at the end of the night. If I were to do this all over again I would without a doubt hire them again. 5/5 star service.

Words cannot describe how amazing Owl’s Kitchen and Events is. Mika and her team are the best of the best. I felt so supported, loved, and cared for by their team during my wedding. Anytime I was worried about something, they were right there to take my worries away! My wedding day went by so smoothly and all our guests had such a great time. My husband and I highly recommend working with Mika and her team. You will so happy and well taken cared of. They are considered my family now! Thank you guys!!

Mika and her team were awesome in helping me coordinate my wedding. I was able to message her with any questions and concerns and she would get back to me asap. The day of my wedding went pretty smoothly and the set up and decor was so amazing. I can't wait to see the professional photos and video. Thanks again Mika!
