- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For IT issues, we charge a flat fee of $250. This fee covers the resolution of any IT-related problem you may encounter. Whether it's a software glitch, hardware malfunction, or network issue, our experienced technicians will work diligently to resolve the problem promptly. For small or big projects that require our expertise, we charge an hourly rate of $125. Please note that there is a minimum charge of 2 hours for all project-related work. This ensures that we have sufficient time to assess and address the specific requirements of your project. After the initial 2 hours, our hourly rate decreases to $75. This allows us to provide you with cost-effective solutions for longer projects. Our skilled team will work diligently to complete your project efficiently, ensuring that all your objectives are met.

For one-time residential customers, we focus on getting them up and running by addressing their specific issues.
