- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process for working with a new customer begins with a personal connection. We encourage you to reach out to us directly via call or text to schedule a free estimate. Once we’ve scheduled a time, we’ll visit the project site to fully understand your vision. During the walk-through, we will take measurements, photos, and detailed notes to ensure we capture all the necessary information for an accurate estimate. You can typically expect to receive your formal estimate via email within 24-72 hours, depending on the scope of the project. We encourage you to take your time reviewing the estimate and to reach out with any questions or clarifications. Once you’re ready to move forward, simply sign and return the estimate, and we’ll schedule an official start date. We’re excited to work with you and can usually begin the project promptly!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My journey into this industry was unexpected, but it became a passion that I knew I wanted to pursue. I started out working as a project manager with a general contractor who focused on insurance claims for water and fire damage. I oversaw all aspects of the projects, from quality control to customer satisfaction. That initial exposure gave me the skills and experience to excel, and I’ve been passionate about this work ever since.
