- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every appraisal is different as flakes of snow. Therefore their is not typical fee. Lenders have outlines based on zip code and other data sources in an effort to estimate the time needed to complete a well researched report. In my case, I've been in the your nghb most likely. My quotes are based on experience in the area. Once I have your address I will offer a competitive and fair rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process starts with the phone call. Most clients have no idea what I do. So, it's good to go over the process at that time.
