I hired attorney Anthony Marcus to defend me against fabricated Restraining Order filed by my soon to be ex-wife. My ex-wife accused me of threatening her and her father's lives. She falsely wanted to put me in criminal jeopardy after obtaining the restraining order. Mr. Marcus helped me respond to the restraining order on time and then assisted me to gather the right information and evidence. On the date of the hearing Mr. Marcus took a firm stand before the judge where he demonstrated my innocence and showed the judge that there were no bases for the restraining order. Mr. Marcus was able to get the Temporary Restraining Order absolved and the Permanent Restraining Order denied. I left the court with clean slate! Mr. Marcus is affordable, dependable, and easy to communicate with. Mr. Marcus has friendly personality and returns call promptly. I highly recommend Mr. Marcus for any legal service, he is trustworthy lawyer.

My Case didn’t see the Daylight People v. Arteaga I hired attorney Anthony Marcus to represent me in domestic violence case. I was playfully joking with my boyfriend and slightly bite him. Somewhat the police was involved and filed a report with the District Attorney. Mr. Marcus asked my boyfriend to write his statement of what had happened and notarized it. Mr. Marcus used my boyfriend statement to negotiate with the District Attorney where he got my case dismissed for lack of intent to commit the domestic violence. I Highly recommend Mr. Marcus for any criminal case. He is affordable. He returns communication promptly and works diligently to advocate his clients.

BEST IMMIGRATION ATTORNEY: After a long history and severe religious persecution and torture in my homeland, I came to the United States to seek refuge. I searched for an honest experience attorney to represent my case with the Office of Asylum. Through a friend, I found attorney Anthony Marcus. We met with him for consultation and within half an hour, we can see his knowledge and ethical demeanor, we then hired him for our case. He was very helpful and assisted us in filling the application, gathering the documents needed. He answered our phone call without a delay when we called him and also updated us with the progress of the case. Within six months we got our asylum interview. He prepared us by creating a list of questions based on the facts of our case. He trained us on how to answer. Our preparation was comprehensive and to the point. This was proven when we attended the interview; the officer asked us the questions that Mr. Marcus trained us to answer. Not only that but after the officer finished the interview, Mr. Marcus asked me a series of questions in conclusion of the interview and give his closing statement that summarized the important points in our case. People v. Hernandez During a B.B.Q. with family, my girlfriend engaged in a fight with the neighbor. The fight quickly escalated and three girls were in the top of my girlfriend. I tried to get my girlfriend from underneath them, but the husband of the neighbor kicked me and starts to chase me. After the fight stopped, the police came searching for me and I was accused of a felony, an assault with a deadly weapon. I searched for an attorney until, I find Mr. Marcus, and from the first consultation he was very accommodating and answered all our questions, he also give me a great payment plan. In the first hearing Mr. Marcus was able to reduce the felony into a misdemeanor. Later, through his diligent negotiation with the DA he got me a great deal, where I was only to pay restitution of $500 and take 12 hours class of anger management, pending a Differ Entry of Judgment, where I withdraw my guilty plea and the judge dismissed even the misdemeanor ending up with no records of the incident. I highly recommend Mr. Marcus for his knowledge of the law and diligence in representing his clients.

I offer my prospective client an hour of free consultation. After that based on my clients' financial situation I charge them the fair and average legal rate to accommodate their situations.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a free consultation to know the case of my client by listening to their stories and how they end up in their predicament. I follow this by the intake where I ask my clients series of questions that target the exploration of the best legal scenario that will protect their rights and afford them the right defense.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have obtained my Juris doctorate focusing on criminal law. I am licensed in two countries, California State Bar member in good standing, a lawyer member of the American Bar Association, Orange County Bar Association, Los Angeles Bar Association, and a member of United States Central District. I had volunteered my time and worked with the Los Angeles District Attorney. I also had worked with County Counsel in the litigation division where I was responsible for the Sheriff Department legal affair.
